Our Brockleby’s Wild Beaver pie is sure to put a smile on your face! Blackberry Farm supplies us with traditionally reared beef which is then cooked in ale from the Grainstone Brewery in Oakham. Sliced mushrooms are added to enhance flavour. This delicious filling is encased in all butter shortcrust pastry made with locally milled flour and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farms.
