This Crispy Aromatic Duck is carefully seasoned with an authentic recipe of herbs and spices. Ready in 40 minutes, the duck is tender and easy-to-shred with a mouth-watering aromatic flavour. Served with a healthy portion of pancakes, market fresh cucumber, spring onions and a generous tin of LKK Hoisin Sauce. We think you will love our duck even more than your takeaway favourite!

Product Size

1 Half Crispy Aromatic Duck (500-600g)
3 x 6 pieces pancakes 
1 tin of Hoi Sin Sauce 500g
1 whole Cucumber 
1 bunch of Spring Onions 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius
  • Place the crispy duck on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven, cook the duck for 35 to 40 minutes until the skin on the duck is golden and crispy.
  • While the duck is cooking wash and finely slice the cucumber and spring onions.
  • Place your cucumber and spring onions and Hoi Sin sauce in separate dishes
  • Just before the duck is due to be taken out of the oven – microwave the defrosted pancakes in 30 second intervals until they are warm.
  • Serve by placing the duck on a plate and pulling the meat apart.
