1 Half Crispy Aromatic Duck (500-600g) 3 x 6 pieces pancakes 1 tin of Hoi Sin Sauce 500g 1 whole Cucumber 1 bunch of Spring Onions
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius
Place the crispy duck on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven, cook the duck for 35 to 40 minutes until the skin on the duck is golden and crispy.
While the duck is cooking wash and finely slice the cucumber and spring onions.
Place your cucumber and spring onions and Hoi Sin sauce in separate dishes
Just before the duck is due to be taken out of the oven – microwave the defrosted pancakes in 30 second intervals until they are warm.
Serve by placing the duck on a plate and pulling the meat apart.
